Patti has been working in our team for just on a year now and she sure has made herself at home both in the clinic, with our patients and in our wonderful backyard!
She spent her first couple of years out of school training as a Ski Instructor at Cardrona then travelled to Canada to teach and see
some of the world. On returning she followed her interest in sports & biomechanics by starting her degree as a Podiatrist while
also learning the dark arts as a Ski Bootfitter at the well known Snow Centre in Auckland.
Aside from her keen interest in sports medicine and musculoskeletal injuries, Patti also enjoys managing foot problems in children, general foot care and nail surgeries. You will find Patti here in our Queenstown clinic 5 days a week.
On the weekends you will probably find her out on the local trails or getting some laps in up the hill! She's got a couple of tips from Gareth and some patients and with some solid determination she is stepping straight up to the QT Full Marathon, never having run anything over 10km's!!

We see a lot of patients with stubborn painful heels and achilles, and have good success at get back to walking, running or on the sports field as quickly as we can. When we see this taking longer than expected we see shockwave bridging the gap to get people back doing what they want too as quickly as we can.
